Venue and timetable
Hearing sessions began on Tuesday 9 October 2012 and closed on Thursday 18 October 2012. They were held in the Bulbourne Room, Civic Centre, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1HH.
