If you no longer wish to rent your Dacorum Borough Council garage, please complete the form below. Once you have done this, the tenancy will run for a minimum of seven days, terminating on Monday. To formalise your termination you must return your keys, in person, to our offices before midday on that Monday. If you fail to return the keys and obtain a valid key receipt, we will assume you have changed your mind and rental charges will still apply.
Please note: If you do not clear your garage of all possessions and rubbish before returning the keys to us, a minimum charge of £210 will apply.
