Flexible tenancy survey
We recently reviewed our use of flexible tenancies, and asked you to complete a short survey. Thank you for your feedback.
We're studying the results to help us decide the next step for your tenancies. (If you already have a secure tenancy, this will not change.)
We will let you know the outcome of this consultation early next year (2020).

Kimpton Close and Cleves Road consultation
We want to improve our tenants' quality of life. Together with our contractors, Osborne, we're planning to improve the estates of Kimpton Close and Cleves Road.
We made it a priority to give our residents the opportunity to have a say on certain aspects of the improvements. We carried out a door-to-door survey and spoke to as many residents as we could to get their views on the area. We also invited them to a consultation event, which was held in the car park of Cleves Road on 29 August 2019.
On the day, we had a very good turnout of 47 tenants from both Kimpton Close and Cleves Road. They had the opportunity to see our proposed plans and ask our surveyors and Osborne any questions they had. In addition, they were able to vote on their preferred designs for the potential new bin, fencing and bike stores.

Leaseholder Service consultation
We're currently reviewing the services we offer to Leaseholders.
We carried out a consultation during December 2018 and January 2019. Here's a short video that summarises what you told us:
